Athletes defy 41-MPH gusts at Norfolk Catholic, NSAA Class C-3 District Track Meet

Athletes from across northeast Nebraska descended on Norfolk Catholic High School on Thursday for the Class C-3 district championships, where the primary opponent proved to be the weather.
